Rockseal Dark Yellow Hot Melt Granules are formulated for heavy-duty structural applications requiring maximum bond strength and high melt viscosity (50,000–75,000 mPa.s). Its rich amber resin formulation provides extraordinary green strength and deep wood fiber tear, making it the preferred choice for thick solid wood lipping, heavy 2mm/3mm PVC edge banding, and heavy double-wall shipper boxes.
Rockseal Dark Yellow Hot Melt Granules are high-viscosity (50,000–75,000 cP) EVA pellets manufactured by Bapa Sitaram Enterprise. Blended with rich tackifying resins for maximum green tack, deep wood fiber penetration, and high shear resistance under heavy spring tension.
Engineered for thick solid wood lipping, 2mm/3mm PVC edge profiles, footwear structural bonding, and heavy-duty double-wall corrugated shipper box closure in bulk melt tanks.
Supplied in 25 kg – 30 kg export master bags, providing durable bonding performance for heavy furniture factories and industrial packaging plants.
